1. Introduction
By enrolling in the Her Abundant Mindset 8-Week Coaching Programme, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This program is designed to support your personal growth, breakthroughs, and manifestation mastery.

2. Programme Details & Payment

The program duration is 8 weeks.

The investment for the program is £2222.

Payment options:

One-time payment: £2222.

Three-installment plan: Three equal payments.

Five-installment plan: Five equal payments.

By selecting a payment plan, you commit to completing all payments in full. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program and legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

8-Week Access to Manifestation Mastery Academy (Worth £1111): Gain full access to the signature manifestation & mindset program.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances.

Once payment is made, you are fully responsible for the entire amount, regardless of whether you complete the program.

5. No Guarantees & Disclaimer

This program shares proven techniques that have worked for me and many others, but results are not guaranteed.

Your success depends on your commitment, effort, and mindset.

The program is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All course materials, techniques, and content are copyrighted and owned by Her Abundant Mindset.

You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the program without written permission.

Breaching confidentiality or sharing program content without authorization will result in legal action.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly.

Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or sharing of program materials outside of enrolled members will result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Rescheduling & Commitment Policy

Coaching calls must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Rescheduling is permitted once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

No-shows or late cancellations (under 48 hours) will result in forfeiture of the session.

9. Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions, mindset, and results.

Her Abundant Mindset and its coaches are not liable for any decisions, results, or consequences arising from participation in the program.

10. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
